Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of CloUp. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use CloUp.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and content you add. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the app for you (including sending it to AI providers when you use AI features). When you post to public surfaces like the Arena, other users can view those entries.
Acceptable use
- Don’t upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or that depicts another person without their consent.
- Don’t abuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service or its voting systems.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions (CloUp Plus)
Paid features are offered through an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; the subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your device’s subscription settings. Prices and entitlements are shown in the app before purchase.
Disclaimers
CloUpis provided “as is”. AI suggestions (styling, tagging, descriptions) are best-effort and may be inaccurate — use your own judgment. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using CloUp and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
