Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of CloUp. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use CloUp.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and content you add. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the app for you (including sending it to AI providers when you use AI features). When you post to public surfaces like the Arena, other users can view those entries.
Acceptable use & objectionable content
CloUp has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. By posting to public areas (the Arena, profiles, comments), you agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that depicts another person without their consent, and not to abuse, scrape, or disrupt the service or its voting.
- You can report any fit, post, or comment, and block any user, directly in the app.
- We review reports and remove violating content and the users responsible, typically within 24 hours.
- We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at any time.
Subscriptions (CloUp Plus)
Paid features are offered through an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; the subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your device’s subscription settings. Prices and entitlements are shown in the app before purchase.
Disclaimers
CloUpis provided “as is”. AI suggestions and visualizations (styling, tagging, descriptions, and Lookbook renders) are best-effort and may be inaccurate or may not reproduce a person or garment exactly — use your own judgment. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using CloUp and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
